Our Commitment

Diamond Valley Federal Credit Union is committed to making our content easily accessible to all users, regardless of technology or ability. To help make the Diamond Valley FCU website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 (link is external). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone. We want everyone who visits the Diamond Valley FCU website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

Areas of Focus

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). Diamond Valley FCU has chosen WCAG 2.0 Level AA as its web accessibility standards. We are in the process of implementing the relevant portions of the WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards and will continue to monitor our efforts to maintain these standards.

In an effort to make the content on our website easily accessible to everyone, we have implemented some accessibility features, including:

  • Text scaling
  • Inverted colors mode
  • High contrast mode
  • Dyslexic font support

These features can be found in the top right corner of our website, below the site navigation:

Accessibility Assistance

We recommend using the most current versions of computer-based assistive technology applications and browsers. There are easy-to-use controls for adjusting the size and colors of content on a web page. There are no ideal content size or color combinations for all users. By using the controls provided by your browser, you can personalize the content presentation to suit your needs. Keeping your browser up-to-date will ensure you have the most options for accessibility. Newer browsers tend to provide more display options to make content accessible, and may work better with assistive technologies. Please visit individual manufacturer websites for information about how to obtain assistive technology or browsers. You may also have access to assistance from local and state agencies or non-profit groups in your area.
