Our Branch Lobbies are open and operating with a number of changes to help protect our staff and members from COVID-19.

Face Masks

Please help us mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We encourage members to wear a face mask when coming inside the lobby at our branches. Member Services Staff will be wearing a face mask any time they will be in direct contact with members.

You may be asked to temporarily remove any face covering for identification and security purposes. 

Enhanced Cleaning

Our staff follows an enhanced cleaning regiment including cleaning of member areas, including lobbies and offices, and high touch items like counters and drive up canisters/drawers.

Social Distancing

Each branch is equipped with teller line barriers and plexiglass barriers installed on desks in member service areas. We have limited the number of members in the lobby by installing social distancing decals on the floor. 

Social Distancing Decals have also been installed outdoors at some branches to allow members to wait outside if the lobby is full.

Use the drive thru or fee-free ATM at each of our 6 branches. You can also locate over 5500 fee-free ATMs across the US, using the DVFCU App.

2. Check out Online and Mobile Banking!

Bring the branch where you are. Transfer funds, pay bills, check balances, and more! Check out the newest feature that lets you deposit a check with your phone! 

3. Make loan payments online, by mail, or by phone!

Mortgage, Auto, Personal, Motorsport, DVFCU Visa payments can be done your way! See below for info!

Please remember that if a Diamond Valley Federal Credit Union team member contacts you, they will not ask for confidential information such as your social security number, passwords, or Personal Identification Number (PIN).
