In order to ensure the safety of our staff and our members, all offices continue to observe CDC guidelines to limit the spread of COVID-19:
- We ask that you go through our Drive Thru for these Transactions:
- cashing checks
- withdrawals/deposits
- purchase of money orders/cashier’s checks
- At this time, we are limiting the types of lobby transactions to
- Instant Issue Debit Cards
- Account Opening or Changes
- Loan Applications and signing
- For these types of transactions, we suggest making an appointment, at the branch of your choice, by calling (812) 425-5152.
- Our staff will follow an enhanced cleaning regimen including a thorough cleaning of offices after every appointment.
- We are observing social distancing in office settings.
- We have added barriers at the member service desks to provide added protection.
- Our member service staff will wear a mask while helping our members.
- We highly encourage our members to wear a mask when in the CU lobby or Member Service Office.
- * Members will be asked to temporarily remove any face covering for identification and security purposes.
