Focused On Your Safety

In order to ensure the safety of our staff and our members, all offices continue to observe CDC guidelines to limit the spread of COVID-19:

  • We ask that you go through our Drive Thru for these Transactions: 
    • cashing checks
    • withdrawals/deposits
    • purchase of money orders/cashier’s checks
  • At this time, we are limiting the types of lobby transactions to
    • Instant Issue Debit Cards
    • Account Opening or Changes
    • Loan Applications and signing
    • For these types of transactions, we suggest making an appointment, at the branch of your choice, by calling (812) 425-5152.
  • Our staff will follow an enhanced cleaning regimen including a thorough cleaning of offices after every appointment.
  • We are observing social distancing in office settings.
  • We have added barriers at the member service desks to provide added protection.
  • Our member service staff will wear a mask while helping our members.
  • We highly encourage our members to wear a mask when in the CU lobby or Member Service Office.
    • * Members will be asked to temporarily remove any face covering for identification and security purposes.
