Focused On Your Safety - UPDATE JUNE 8th, 2020
On Monday June 8th, 2020, our branch lobbies will be reopening with restrictions in place to help ensure the safety of our staff and our members, all offices continue to observe CDC guidelines to limit the spread of COVID-19:
- We are limiting the number of members in the lobby:
- We have placed social distance markers on the floor of each lobby that will serve as a guide to the number of members permitted in the teller line.
- If all markers are occupied please wait outside as the line clears.
- We continue to encourage appointments for all members who wish to speak with a member service representative in person about their accounts or a loan.
- Because we have limited seating to allow for social distancing you may be asked to wait in your vehicle or outside, we will then phone you when your member service representative is available.
- We have placed social distance markers on the floor of each lobby that will serve as a guide to the number of members permitted in the teller line.
- Our staff will continue to follow an enhanced cleaning regiment including a thorough cleaning of offices after every appointment.
- While we are already equipped with teller barriers, plexiglass barriers have been installed at the member service desks to provide added protection.
- Member Services Staff will wear face masks to help protect our members, we encourage members to do so as well to help protect staff.

To help alleviate wait times and crowding in our lobbies, we continue to encourage members to utilize our Drive Thrus and Online Banking whenever possible and to make appointments with our branch staff for member service transactions.
